Localazy entered the Polish and CEE markets with a mission to make digital content more accessible through smarter localization. The challenge was not only to build visibility around the brand itself, but also to educate the market on why localization matters in today’s global digital economy. At Commly, our goal was to position Localazy as an expert driven technology company solving a real global problem. We focused on building trust, increasing visibility across business and startup media, and putting the founders in front of the audiences that needed to hear what they had to say.
Launching in a new market without local brand recognition required a focused, well-timed communication strategy.
Localization is a niche concept. We needed to make it relevant and urgent for a business audience that hadn't thought about it yet.
Building presence across both Polish and international outlets, from business press to tech and ESG media, simultaneously.
Localazy entered a highly competitive market with an ambitious mission and strong technology. Our role was to turn that story into visibility, trust and meaningful market presence through strategic communication activities built around education, founder positioning and media relations.

By combining automation with community driven collaboration, Localazy makes localization more accessible for startups, growing companies and global brands looking to expand internationally.
Results
Our activities focused on three key areas. First, we increased Localazy’s visibility through strategic media relations and publications across startup, business and technology outlets. Second, we strengthened founder visibility by arranging interviews and expert commentary opportunities. Third, we educated the market around localization through thought leadership content and educational publications. As part of the project, Localazy appeared in media such as Tech.eu, The Recursive, Rzeczpospolita, Mam Biznes, AIN Capital and ESG Trends.
