From entering the Polish market to building credibility. Fitek in My Company Polska

We have been working with Fitek for several months. We first supported the company with communications around its entry into the Polish market. Today, we are responsible for its media relations in Poland and for building the lasting credibility needed to establish a technology company in a new market. One of the latest results of our work is an interview with Vaidas Knieža, CEO of Fitek Poland, published by My Company Polska.

KSeF is only the beginning of financial automation

Fitek specialises in financial process automation, electronic invoice workflows and ERP integration. In his interview with My Company Polska, Vaidas Knieža explains why implementing KSeF - Poland’s National e-Invoicing System - will not solve the problems that arise later within an organisation. An invoice still needs to be verified, allocated to the correct cost, approved and paid securely. If the process continues to rely on emails, spreadsheets and documents being passed manually between employees, digitalisation will simply make its weaknesses more visible.

The interview also explores the role of artificial intelligence in finance. AI can already recognise documents, suggest how they should be recorded, detect duplicates and flag unusual transactions. It should not, however, replace people in making financial decisions. Its greatest value lies in reducing repetitive work and directing employees’ attention to cases that genuinely require human judgement.

Market entry is only the first step

For startups and technology companies entering the Polish market, a launch announcement is rarely enough to build recognition and trust. Fitek’s communications in Poland go beyond informing the market about the company’s local presence. We highlight its experience across Europe’s more digitally advanced markets, explain the practical implications of KSeF and demonstrate how technology can improve financial processes. This is how we support Fitek in building a strong expert position in Poland - one relevant media story at a time, rather than through short-lived communications that disappear after a single day.
